I Actually Hate Thanksgiving!

First off, second off, and third off, I would like these so-called Democratic Socialists to bugger off. I think they’re either paid by the Right Wing or they’re all exponents of the Tea Party. Not only do I have no real idea of what it would be that the conviction actually stands for for them and for the American people in general, but I think not only do they not know themselves either.

Did you see that interview on Fox News or Newsmax last week? When they asked her how much she would tax certain people, she completely dropped the ball. Look, I get that those are nuances and that you have to really dive deep into finance to figure it all out. But at the same time, if that is your primary stance, you need to have a concrete answer ready. Instead, what did she say? We will “tax the hell out of millionaires.”

These are the Democrats that also go on Fox News and Newsmax whereas no one in the Democratic Party will do those shows.

The other thing is that this Wisconsin candidate that nearly lost her election after joking on social media that Thanksgiving should not be celebrated and should have been canceled in 1621. The media acts like she said it last week and they also never make mention of it being a joke.

Let’s put aside my key argument about how we slaughter 46 million turkeys every November for this holiday. 46 thousand turkeys is a lot. We, the people, can easily be brainwashed into thinking that Thanksgiving is a wonderful holiday. We, the people, can easily be brainwashed into believing that we are celebrating our grandmothers’ Turkey dinners and not the ritual at a factory that kills 360 birds per minute. I will not apologize for saying I could not care less about the fact that we have Thanksgiving.

I doubt, though, that it’s a great idea to mention that you hate Thanksgiving or wouldn’t mind if it were canceled, or whatever she said, if you’re running for office. I probably wouldn’t bring up that part of the platform or campaign. I doubt too many people in America are ready to hear it, and conversely, the other side will weaponize that comment against you.

And, by the way, can’t you just not participate in those traditional Thanksgiving dinners and celebrations? I don’t do anything for it anymore.
